Policy Details

You can return your item 7 days from the date you received it.

Any item from Pono Prints can be returned and must be in resalable condition, unless the item was received damaged.

For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received the product damaged. Pono Prints strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return. 

Restocking Fees

Pono Prints does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details

To return your purchase from Pono Prints, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Pono Prints will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Pono Prints will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
